July 10th, 2015 – Avian Friday: Hummertime!

It look like the bald eagle action over at Seabeck is coming to a close, but I still have a good number of images from my trips over there that I have yet to go through so there’ll be plenty more of those to come. I’ll break this week though with a coming attraction. Hummingbirds are back so I’m pretty sure Illl be be making a few visits over to a favorite spot in nearby Redmond to make a few images this year. Here’s one of my favorites from last season. It’s such a bonus when the opportunity presents itself to include a nice floral perch or setting long with the fascinating tiny birds.
