April 17th, 2015 – Avian Friday: Western Meadowlark

Between working two jobs during the week and taking up the new hobby of woodworking, the time I have left to dedicate recently to photography has been minimized. Fishing season coming up will not help the situation much either, but I do plan to get out to at least capture a few bald eagles and hummingbirds this spring. So forgive me for posting all these older shots.
This Western Meadowlark is one species I haven’t seen much of around our area and only photographed a few times.
