October 17th, 2014 – Avian Friday: Red Heads Rule
The Reddish Egret is one of my favorite birds even though I’ve only had a couple of opportunities to photograph them. This week I found another shot of the cool bird from a SOCAL trip made several years back. This guy was wading in shallow estuary channel trying to corral unsuspecting bait fish for lunch.
