August 8th, 2014- Avian Friday: Wonder Wings

I’m still shooting Hummingbirds when I have a chance to dedicate time to bird photography. This weekend I’m busy photographing a couple of concerts, but have quite few hummers yet to process and share with you all. I’m not sure how much longer the season will last, but hopefully long enough for a couple more outings perhaps next weekend. A little patience and luck allowed me to make this capture next to a flower that the hummingbirds don’t spend a lot of time hanging around.
