September 17th, 2011 – Push To Start

Smooth jazz artist Paul Taylor is definitely one of my favorite musicians. He’s  got one of those unique  sounds that  is unmistakable when you hear him. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing him perform on a few occasions in my hometown. It was really a treat to see him in concert last week at the BB Jazz Festival with two of my other favorite sax players;  Marion Meadows and Warren Hill. Paul’s new CD “Prime Time”  has a number one single on the Billboard charts entitled “Push to Start”. Here is a shot of Paul warming up for the set.
