May 11th, 2011 – Skagit Outbuilding

Washington’s’ Skagit Valley has become one of my favorite get-away  and photography spots. I can’t really put my finger on what is about the area that I find so intriguing. Perhaps being a city boy has something to do with it. Or maybe just getting older gives me a greater appreciation for openness of the rural landscape. In any case I just find it enjoyable and relaxing spending time up here and the scenery is always interesting.
