Today’s image is from Seattle’s annual Bon Odori Festival. The 75-year-old event attracts hundreds of festival goers who celebrate Japanese heritage through traditional song, dance and food. The highlight of the festival is the street dancing to folk songs and Taiko drums. Tanko Bushi or Coal Miners Dance is one the crowd favorites.
